I recently enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel, and the service was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a fantastic Lebanese receptionist who made me feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond by offering me a choice between two rooms, ensuring I was delighted with my accommodation. The room service was impeccable—polite, and efficient, and the room itself was spotless. Although my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel staff handled the situation perfectly. As soon as my luggage was received, they promptly called me, showing great consideration and kindness. The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. I had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from my room, which added a special touch to my stay. Overall, my stay was made memorable by the outstanding service, attentive staff, and beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The hotel is in a great location - very close to the metro stations. While it is far from CDG airport, it is only 20 minutes on the train from Gare Du Nord on the station. We were only a few metro stops away from most of the popular tourist attractions. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to make our stay easier. I had special requests and the hotel took these into consideration when assigning my room. The room is a decent size with nice decor and I would definitely stay here again.

It was the little touches that really enhanced our stay; a personalised note and some chocolates in the room (it was a birthday present for my Niece's 21st), we arrived early and they rearranged rooms so we could check in straight away, and then being offered a cup of coffee when we went back to collect our bags a few hours after checking out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you 😊

Also close to public transportation. Half an hour on foot to the Arc de Triomphe, fifteen minutes to the Montmartre district. The service is one of the best we have seen in the world. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was good.
